The name comes from apodeixis (ἀπόδειξις) — Aristotle's term for rigorous demonstration. Not conjecture. Not probability. Proof: built from axioms, advanced through logic, arrived at with certainty.
We took apod- (proof) and fused it with -ex (execution) to define what we believe software should be — verified before it ships, correct because it was proven, reliable because nothing was left to chance.
Apodex is an AI system architected around a single conviction: get it right, then move. Every task passes through three stages — verify, plan, execute — so that by the time action is taken, the reasoning behind it has already been settled.
In a world that optimizes for speed, we optimize for correctness. Slow but right. That's not a compromise. It's the point.
